Our Mission Statement states “the associates at Greenwood Residential are selected for their commitment to service, integrity, and accountability” and for us, that goes beyond Real Estate! We are passionate about not only providing you with the best home buying experience, but also giving back to our community or We are as passionate about giving back to our community as we are with providing you with the best home buying experience.

While each agent spotlights various charities they go above and beyond for, all of our agents are committed to helping the Austin community in any way they can!

Cindy Greenwood ardently advocates for the arts and education for the youth of Texas. As the only female to chair this event, one of her greatest accomplishments was relocating Rodeo Austin’s Youth Auction to downtown Austin’s Bob Bullock State History Museum, in turn quadrupling the funds raised. As the grand finale of the Junior Livestock Show, the Youth Auction aims to reward the youth of Texas for all their hard work.

Cindy has since expanded her philanthropic interests, and now serves as a Board Trustee for both ZACH Theatre and Austin Smiles. ZACH creates theatrical experiences that entertain and inspire the community, while providing education and outreach programs to over 50,000 central Texas youth. Austin Smiles travels to mission countries and provides cleft lip/palate repair surgery for those in need to create smiles and improve the lives of those affected.

Brad Emerson founded Lonestar Legacy with a group of lifelong friends, who shared a common desire to provide children in need with the opportunities and resources to lead fulfilling lives. The group hosts fundraising events, like their annual Golf Tournament, in order to offer attendees an exciting experience while raising funds for those who need it most. They then disperse these funds to support a number of incredible organizations, such as Strong Start, Boys & Girls Club of the Capital Areas, Austin Smiles, etc. as well as in direct support of children and families in need.

Brandy Archer loves to share her passion for serving others with her community, but most importantly, with her children. As a proud mother of two, she stays involved at the children’s schools while supporting a multitude of other causes in her free time. As a past member of the Junior League of Austin, Brandy was introduced to a number of worthy local causes, but stays particularly involved in the Special Olympics of Texas, The Salvation Army, Mobile Loaves and Fishes, and many more.

All of these causes are very near and dear to our hearts; check back soon for spotlights with even more information on the great things these (and more!) charities do for Austin and ways you can get involved!
